Festive Closure

The service will close down over the festive period.

We aim to process any sequencing samples arriving before the following dates:

Sequencing - Monday 22nd December - 4pm

Fragment Analysis - Monday 22nd December - 4pm

Minipreps - Tuesday 23rd December - 10am

Minipreps with subsequent sequencing - Fri 19th December - 10am

Midi and Maxiprep - please enquire by the 17th December

Material arriving after this will be stored until the New Year

The service will fully reopen Monday 5th January 2026

Payment Options

There are multiple options for customers to choose from when completing their transaction with our facility:

Credit Card/Purchase Order/Cheque: Upon 'Confirmation' of your requested services on the Confirmation Page, all items will be sent to your shopping cart where you can complete checkout. Completion of payment at checkout is necessary for work to begin at our facility.

Spend Down: Upon 'Confirmation' of your requested services on the Confirmation Page, your account will be debited by the amount corresponding to the services and number of samples requested. No further action is necessary.

Cost Centre: For those entries in your submission for which you have supplied a cost centre, once you have confirmed this submission, no further action is necessary. Should you choose to confirm your submission without including cost centre(s), you can do so, but you will be required to provide it via email.
